35 Degrees South is a Land Surveying company located in Albany in the South-Coastal region of Western Australia. The geographical location of Albany is approximately 35° South, 118° East, hence the name of the business. We provide quality surveying services in the South Coastal, Great Southern and SouthWestern regions of Western Australia.

The business employs two fulltime Licensed Surveyors one of whom is also a qualified Hydrographic  Surveyor. We also employ a Senior Engineering Surveyour, a Draftsman, two Technical Assistants and clerical staff.
